ModeratorRe: What is your average call out time?
Like most engineers on here you try to get out to a customer as soon as you can if they have to wait a few days until I can call tough is my opinion as I used to chase up work all the time you get nowhere and can be very stress full. My average callout is 2-3 days depending how busy I am I average between 7-13 calls a day but most of them are local so it’s no problem very rarely do over 50 miles covering the work

ModeratorRe: Qualtex
Prices on connect have been expensive for a while now unless you are a repair care agent you will normally get better prices with qualtex what gets on my nerves is the hotpoint modules cheaper to buy non trade from hotpoint than trade on connect and qualtex I have had this discussion many times with the reps but still get nowhere

ModeratorRe: Candy Alise GOW475 stain blaster fault
If you have a problem with the dryer side there can be a few things it could be dryer fan motor faulty dryer ntc poss the water valve if it’s not working correctly if you look at any of these unplug machine remove lid and they are all at the top for checking you will need to use a multimeter to check components,if you don’t know how do this get someone in hope this helps you kai
