When you program a module you need to leave it unplugged for at least 2 minutes after programming the fault you explained in the 1st post sounds like the machine is going into standby so I would say module fault these new arcadia modules are a right pain

If the start pause light stays alight when you press it and all the other lights don’t flash this could be a problem with the motor capacitor somewhat like a starter motor on a car the capacitor is like a start to get the motor going

There is only 1 motor fitted on this any machine if your not familiar with what a motor is I think it’s best for you to get someone to look at it

If the brushes are wearing uneven the motor will need replacing but I have had a hotpoint with h2o a few minutes in and the pcb was faulty

If pcb is gone it will need programming as I had 3 modules from connect and all the lights flash it needs to be programmed to the Eprom file not the model number this can only be done with mem loader that only hoover have

I suspect the pcb has gone so I would advise either a engineer visit or new machine there will be a 3100 number inside machine which would help on further looking into problem

On the 1st post he says he said he meggared for earth leakage and the motor was down to 1.5 Mohms so it is worth checking/ changing the motor
