    We’ve not had any problems in the past with them so i can only assume it’s a problem with the latest batch.

    Correction, it was an FL1012, but… we got a replacement today, it’s only used 3 times a week, i’ll not elaborate further though! 😳

    The Miele machines are software updatable, to add new features or programmes for new detergents and the likes.

    Perhaps this is what was implied?
