It’s the water pressure high as if it is it will overrun the draw. It’s a simple system water fills to the top of the tube that is covered by the tube on the cover, this begins a syphon and drains the conditioner, either to much water is going in to fast or it’s not syphoning.

Tbh just replace the top Ntc on te drier box. It’s a common failure

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Aqualtis AQGMD 129
F13 is washer drier Ntc problem, I assume Otis a washer drier ? If so TBH you may need an engineer unless you electrically competent

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint drum shaft
To get the shaft out from the rear half it can take quite a lot of force. Normally use a copper hammer and hit it hard
. I’m often found smashing a rear half around a customers driveway cursing it to he’ll trying to get it out.

Did you clean the hole the conditioner siphons through? . These block and it spills over. If that’s ok Iv also seen crap buildup in the jets forcing the water in the wrong direction.
I offen remove the whole thing. Split it and thoroughly clean it then refit.

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Aqualtis door interlock probs.
If you rotate it 180 degrees will it fit ? Some of these you have to turn around and some I have had to remove the lugs
To be 100 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure plug the old one in, there should be numbers for the pins on the side, note what wires go to what pins then line up so its the same cables to the correct numbers on the new lock. A lot of the time you might have 2 reds and a black.

I take it its warm fridge ? , Check the heaters are all ok, then really there is not a lot you can do. HP have a modification for these models but you have to be able to program the module to perform it, this depends if its the rear or front mounted board model, the modification evolves cutting the wires I the sensor and re programming the board to ignore it.

It’s only the 30mm WMA seal that does that, the 35mm is a standard all be it very deep seal. I always grease the gap in the back and the seal lip. A smear on the shaft as well.

ParticipantRe: Indesit IDE44 – Salt indicator and exchanger regeneratio
I think this model uses a calculation to so work it the salt level
For instance. It assumes after 33 washes (I will confirm the figure shortly) that the salt is used up, then the light comes on, then when you open the re-gen tank top to refill water spills out into the sump and activated the lower pressure switch level. The module knows that its not in a wash so this mist mean its being topped up and sees this and resets the counter
A tip I always tell customers who don’t use salt is to turn it on and poor a Keller of water in until the light does off

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint WMUD843 not moving on
The thing is i’m not being funny but you caused this problem by trying to reverse the direction of the motor on the 3 phase, the more you play the more damage you are likely to cause, these are fully electronic machines, a laptop is used to fully diagnose problems and error on the electronics. these machine can also give off a high voltage shock if parts are not handled correctly, the WMUD is a very new machine, I’m guessing you have damaged or burnt out the wiring and or other components somewhere.
The only real advice i will give you is call an expert, on such a new machine call Hotpoint, take out an insurance policy or pay the one off fee and when they come out tell them what you have done so the engineer can have an idea where to start.

You watch ill have one this week now

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Fimware question
You have me interested now, why did you start to play with the motor wiring on such a new machine and what did you do ?
madangler1
ParticipantRe: Hotpoint WDD960
Tbh Iv never changed a 3 phase motor as they never fail, almost always the board and if not the harness.
The motor is the best part of the machine 🙂

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Fimware question
Unfortunately it would need to be reprogrammed otherwise it won’t work, it’s not just the display,
The programming tells the module what’s attached to it, type ad rpm of motor, spin speed and wash program’s.madangler1
ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Fimware question
According to my end if the are both Arcadia 2 machines (latest electronics) the yes it’s the same board c00285598 but the program’s are different BUT i can not confirm this 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} with out commercial codes and serial numbers. They are programmed into the module (bottom board). Unless you can reprogram its a NOGO.
why you need a board ? That should still be under warranty ?
