What is it Victor Meldrew says “I cannot believe it!”
I posted a copy of Evrens ‘pm’ to me in the hope whilst I was out painting the town, you guys would sort it. Before that, I offered to buy him a new machine, just to be rid of this bl**dy thread 👿
(I swear it’s a wind-up you know)
Anyway, its early morning, I have a splitting headache, I’ve got a Bosch SGS heater unit AND WM62 bearings to replace this morning. So! before I head off here’s how to remove those bits off INNER bearing sleeve from the outer tub hub.
Using a long drill bit, drill a small hole about 5mm deep just behind the sleeve. Enlarge that hole (but no deeper) with another drill bit a few sizes bigger so that it exposes the edge of the sleeve sufficiently in order to get a sharp edged cold chisel into that groove you have created. Whack the chisel with a 1 kg lump hammer and have someone stationed at the other side of the room to catch the flying sleeve before it takes a chunk out of the wallpaper!!!!
Can I leave you with that?????

I forward this direct from our friend Yurtsen in the hope you guys can help him?
yurtesen wrote:I am trying everyday at least I got the inner bearing’s inner race out without damaging the shaft. By cutting it with an interesting small tool and a hand drill.
But the outer ring of inner bearing is like superglued. I cut it into 2 and it still doesnt move at all. I am not sure if I cut it into 2 actually but it is not a complete ring anymore The bad thing is that I cant hit it from the other side. There is something in front of it.
Any advices would be highly appreciated

Last summer they had a celebrity cricket match booked on the green at Eversley Cross….It peeeed with rain that day and instead they all went to the Dog & Partridge PH in Yateley.
They played a few ‘overs’ in the car park before the law broke up the revalry due to traffic snarl-ups and because the local cop shop is right next-door anyway 😯
OMRLP are considering moving their ‘official venue’ after the resounding success of their latest ‘lock-in’ at a certain hostelry nearby however.
Where is it? and how do I know this?….sorry…(wearing my official C.A.M.R.A Members hat for a moment)…I’m sworn to secrecy on that 😉

You have no choice now, more than 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} are digital!!
Pay more Euro’s you get a better machine…it’s much easier to choose a new machine knowing that eh? 😀

No! No! :lesson:
More likely the tube to it OR the air chamber at the other end are the ones gunged up, not the Pressure switch itself 😯

As Dave suggests it could be leaking internally into the base. If that were the case, only the drain pump would work though and nothing else.
If I was on the case, I would take the side panel off and observe what exactly was happening on switch on?

Have a good read of this link:-

A good close look and regular cleaning of the folds and crevices of the door seal are recommended…consider also adding ‘Calgon’ to each and every wash 😉Martin

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint 7822
You can convert it with an 1800474 magnet pump + a new drain hose 😉

ParticipantRe: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?
Alex,
I have a similar situation in my area with The Atomic Weapons Establishment in Aldermaston. Once upon a time one of their ‘Professor sorts’ knocked on my door and asked for a replacement brake pad for a Creda Debonair Spin Dryer. He obviously worked in the Drawing Office as he produced a full draftsmans sheet drawing of the part he required, including front, side and end elevation. The drawing was very elaborate indeed and must have taken best part of several days work to knock up at the expense of the Ministry of Defence and we mere mortal taxpayers 🙁
I went to my van and moments later produced a brand new brake lever, showed it to him and asked for a couple of quid for it. He then said “Ah! that’s the complete lever and brake pad but I only want a new pad!” I told him that the pad is bonded to the lever and is not sold seperately. He walked away muttering and I put the brake lever back in my van!!!!
