There should be a label attached on the motor, other than that, 2 options, buy both types via us at this site OR take a photo of a brush unit and email it to me so I can identify it and let you know 😉

Ged,
There are 2 types of motor fitted to this model one made by ‘Sole’ and the other ‘Ceset’, and therefore 2 differing types on Carbon brushes 😉 Which have you got I wonder 😕

Fiona,
Try ‘resetting’ the machine first to hopefully clear the Error Code as follows:-
Firstly switch the power off on the control panel. Then hold down the programme button while switching the power back on. A single bleep should be heard. Any gremlins should now be banished.
Hope that helps 🙂

It would help if you could find the number and get back to us OK 🙂

I doubt it will be something you could fix easily, its sure to be a duff Module. Let it be Indemerloni’s problem, but keep an eye on the engineer to see what he does. Let us know too OK 😉

Lawrence wrote:How about doing the same thing with the “why do customers ” thread But call it something like the appliance engineers lot or something
Wow! What a blinding idea Lawrence!
How often can we all say “I could write a book!”….surprisingly enough, many of us can and these days it is easy enough to do so. Considering the standing UKW has on Google etc, we could flog thousands of copies. Even turn it into a movie Like “Confessions of a Window Cleaner!” did 😉
Think on guys! I know you will agree on this one with me and Lawrence. Doubters may say “Yeah, but how do we put it all together, and get it printed???”…..Not a problem and certainly not expensive to get off the ground….Think on…..thoughts please 😉

ParticipantRe: Why can’t I upload pictures?
Good news and looks neat too, but can’t it be renamed “Photo Gallery” in the Navigation Bar as we no longer see a ‘Random Gallery’ any more?
