Not so Chris. You have these to choose from:

    WXLI1240GB/01
    WXLI1240GB/10
    WXKI1240GB/14
    WXLI1240GB/17
    WXLI1240GB/18
    WXLI1240EU/01
    WXLI1240EU/10
    WXLI1240EU/14
    WXLI1240EU/17
    Or
    WXLI1140EU/18

That number is on the inside of the door and on the back panel adjacent the mains cable inlet.

An earth leak on the heating element can cause random E:03 errors.

As you probably realise giving the ENr number is essential in locating the correct part you seek. It could be pump part no: 00144979 but to be sure give us that all important number first. 😉

Very unlikely. Don’t forget we are talking an internal leak where the anti flood device has come into play thus preventing any water escaping the appliance and going onto the floor.

Remove inspection panel and clear the water from the base tray, then try and locate source of leak or overfill.

Power disconnected first don’t forget….!! :zap:

Re: bosch was32461 clothes still wet

Small loads of ‘heavy when wet’ will never distribute correctly. (One bath towel for example). So it will never complete a cycle and spin correctly. 4 or 5 bath towels, no problem.

If unbalanced is NOT an issue then the time it takes to drain the rinse water will be to blame. Bosch are natorious for drain pipes getting gunged up. Like blocked human arteries trouble isn’t far away.

Try testing how quickly the tub drains on a rinse and spin only cycle WITHOUT any washing in. A full rinse tub should empty within 45 seconds or less.

Restricted drain issue? Have you checked the drain filter lately?
