It the motor is seized then the only course of action is to remove the circulating pump completely. You can in fact access the rotor cooling fins enough to try rotating the motor with a screwdriver or similar implement. But if is is jammed solid then don’t force it lest you damage the rotor.

There’s something blocking the pump impeller and, most probably, something like a bra wire or some such stuck between the tub and drum.
Time for a closer look.

ParticipantIs it worth replacing the bearings
It’s a challenge for you for sure. 13 yr old machine, blimey!
Rear panel removal, disconnect all hoses, remove rear weight, motor and heater connections. Release door seal from front panel. Remove damper pins and unhook springs. Lift whole ruddy lot out the back before even getting close to the bearings.
Chances are if it feels “lumpy” then the shaft will be in a right state too. So changing the bearings, tub and shaft seal will most likely only give you a few extra months life.
As for the electronics, keep your fingers firmly crossed you don’t refit all the removed wires in wrongly on reassembly!
Have fun! 😉

It’s an old girl you’re messing with. The cranky dispenser linkage subject to all the wear and tear and hard water limescale buildup making it impossible to correctly set the fab conditioner flow.
Besides, what’s the need for fabric conditioner these days? Time to educate your customer about modern attitudes toward that gloopy c r a p!

A heater change is no easy task for starters. You’re not using the water softener pretty well guarantees the heater is a gonna. But don’t take my word for it, your best bet is to check it for yourself. Better still, call in an expert local engineer.
All in one tabs don’t do all ‘it says on the tin’. If so why would manufacturers fit fully integrated water softener systems in dishwashers? Hardness levels in London are off the scale hard.

Your next move would be to check the element with a meter. Preferably a megger though a decent multimeter will suffice.
Heat pump failure is common especially if you don’t use salt in a hard waster area.

Coins are almost always found in washing machines but not dishwashers. Did it clean up OK?

Any integrated make and model will fit in the space. The only caution would be swapping over the outer door decor panel. Removal of which to transfer to another appliance best done with great care.
