It is held in place by the drum spigot fixing bolt and triangular washer (see drawing)

Won’t just switching off the On/Off switch and then shutting the door not cancel that out?

Probably a DYNS 7144 DIX or a trip to Specsavers.

Given the track record of Beko appliances catching fire, headlines in the national newspapers, recall announcements etc, the complacency of the great British public continues to amaze. Here we have a machine that has failed, pump cleared of obstructions then, rather than airing on the side of caution, the owner leaves it to complete a “self clean cycle” and goes to bed….!

I hope for your sake babbelquack “in the morning all will be good” and that fire and flood haven’t interrupted your sleep pattern.

Remove the spring washer first then pull off shaft.

Re: Bosch WFF2000GB/01 Constraints on replacing carbon brush

All easily accessible just with the back off. Cut off the cable ties (replace those on completion) and undo both bolts. A 13mm ring spanner ideal and a little gentle persuasion with a hammer helps release the one facing inside. Once motor released be sure to clean away ALL traces of carbon dust from within. Complete strip down of motor preferred (mark carefully the stator position before you do) 😉

The drum needs to be removed to fit those lifters. There is no other way. 🙁

The base underneath may well be flooded and the anti-flood switch causing it to just pump. You’ll need to access the base and dry it off. Power unplugged first!!!

If you’re taking the DIY route then it’s time to isolate the power, pull the oven out and check the fan motor and heating elements. Otherwise contact a local repairer who can sort it for you.

You remove the left hand side panel to access the heater.

Sorry but my sense of humour led me astray. You see Delta are famous manufacturers of light bulbs and lighting.

It could be the water flow through the heater is restricted enough not to allow the safety microswitch to operate?
