    Re: Siemens Oven HB13M550B/03

I would think that the time lag switch would be normally open? The fault is a bit of an odd one though being as it hadn’t be used for 3 days. I don’t have a wiring diagram but it sounds like the fan has a common (shared) return, so cutting out the time lag circuit? Dunno, just guessing, sorry.

The most likely reason is a faulty ‘Fan Time Lag Switch’ Part no : 00154836

Currys will definitely write it off so don’t waste your time. The Beko should serve you OK. Hold out until after the 26th and you’ll save even more when buying that replacement machine. 😉

A SGS4012GB does not have a display window to show an E15 error code. Are you sure you’ve quoted the actual model number or was that perhaps your previous machine’s old instruction book you’re quoting from? 😕

There should be no free movement whatsoever.

OK, so whilst I am not familiar with that Belling oven, it could be that when you replaced the fan element a connecting link wire between it and the fan motor wasn’t connected?

You say the oven no longer works but does the fan inside the oven still work or is the whole thing dead?

Re: AWE 8828 will not spin up after washing

    Questions, questions, questions 😉
    1) An earth leak on the heater affects the microprocessor and that in turn can prevent the motor from spinning. Check the heater.

    2) If the brushes are worn that damages the commutator allowing the motor to draw more current. That affects that microprocessor again which thinks the load is unbalanced the result of which means it tries 3 or 4 times to spin then gives up and times out. Check the motor and brushes.

    3) Attached to the bottom of the tub.

    😀

    Then the possibilities are:
The water level control air chamber is gunged up?
    The heater is faulty?
OR, the motor or motor brushes are at fault?

    Re: AEG Dryer E50 Error

One capacitor is the start/run capacitor and the other relates to the direction of rotation. I suspect one of these capacitors is failing causing the TOC in the windings to trip, hence the E51 error. Chances are that by replacing both capacitors you will solve the problem. Failing that then it’s new motor time.

That’s not an integrated appliance then so fitting an outer decor panel in a no no anyway.
