We professionals can get it sorted (very often same day) very efficiently and with the correct equipment for a surprisingly modest fee. You eliminate any further day and the aggravation factor with a simple phone call. Worth considering. 😉

The hot water is either not connected to the machine or the hot water inlet valve has failed I would think.

I very much doubt it will operate at 60hz but the rating plate on the front (behind the door) will confirm its electrical capabilities anyway.

I know this sounds blindingly obvious but have you checked the pump properly??? At 3 years old it must be clapped out by now.

Yes use the emergency drain pipe you mentioned. Once empty clean the filter as that is most likely the issue.

It looks like an Aqualtis seal to me.

I’m sensing the stress Ken is suffering right now. 😉

I’m generalising here……..You can’t please all of your customers all of the time and the percentage of those “muppets” (as is so often put) should be in very small single figures. If that’s not the case and more and more are starting to complain then you’ve got problems and chances are they’ll get worse over time. Time to figure out then why that should be?

Re: Faulty new beko grill element.

It’s pretty simple for you to “heat test” elements yourself. Essential actually as most elements these days have issues all the while. I lay mine on the concrete garage floor, insulate the terminal, plug into my Safeblok extension lead and fire it up. Leave it on long enough to do some toast, switch off power and eat toast whilst it cools….simples!

What form does this fault code show then I wonder?

Putting the onus on the customer eh, why didn’t I ever think of that?

Once you get trade access I will see what I can do for you. What’s the hold up anyway getting trade access?

    Re: Hoover Drier keeps stopping.

If the front NTC were faulty then 2 lights would flash 5 times, repeating. The fact no error code is shown suggests to me the PCB may well be the culprit.

When the dryer stops do any of the lights flash?
