Closer look at the pump then your next move. Probably got a lot of lateral movement on the impeller.

E62 = Power relay on heater unit faulty. Replace relay on the PCB or the PCB itself.

Clapped out pump or something inside the pump rattling around. Have you actually checked the filter chamber to see if there’s something stuck inside?

Pour a large bowl of scalding hot water into the tub. Leave for a couple of mins then switch it to pump out. Alternatively, check the impellor for lateral movement (Worn bearings )
