I have seen a couple of these do that for no reason, most of the time doing the reset procedure brings it back to life.
A friends done this a few months ago, so far still works since reset.

Sounds like unbedded brushes, seems to affect machines with digital displays moreso.

    Re: Bosch WFX3267GB/10 – motor won’t turn

Now and again, not too often, after replacing worn brushes I get no motor action. Usually the built in thermal fuse inside the motor blows. But unfortunately not a replacement part.

First check terminal block connections are tight.
Try putting a washer on first before the fan impellor, it will move it out a millimeter from the back wall which can help.
I’ve found on several makes of oven/cookers that the fans run too close to rear wall and don’t be able to get to full speed. So they are getting very hot and burning out. Motors are constantly being made smaller and smaller, when you look at the coil in first pic’ its no wonder it has no power to run anything.

Hi there, you live close to Longford? Yeah wiring seems ok, even changed the spade connectors at the fan, this is the third one this year :clown:

Sounds like low water pressure going into the machine, check filters on the inlet pipes not blocked.

    Re: Electrolux oven nightmare!

Well the fact the Qualtex one is the same motor as the ” genuine ” one i have been replacing and if current trend follows i’ll be getting another call soon me thinks, not sure why it’s happening.

The original Electrolux motor and the Qualtex one are identicle. The same one as in the photo above that you posted. The price difference was huge too!

Update. Changed the NTC and it didn’t cure the problem.

Unfortunately not the case, the “original” has the built in cooling fan. So i get the Qualtex, low and behold it’s the same fan but half the price!! :rolls:

Check for dry solder joints on the relay on the board also, a lot of the time that’s the culprit.

Make sure the push in plastic part that covers the pump impellor under the filter housing is in place or not missing. It won’t drain properly without it. Caught me out a few times!
