Changed the pump and drain hose,
Still the same, I will pick up machine and test in workshop,
I know EO3 is pump time out on older machines but are we sure its the same on this model

The foam rear sealing ring in shaft kit 00113038 is thicker and pushes drum away from back plate I allways change it, I carry a chisle on van to scrap old one off.

You need to remove the dispenser top lining.
Remove draw, tilt machine back and lean on worktop 45 angle,
push small screwdriver in edge of soap side,looking up to dispenser roof,
as plastic starts to come out, push larger and longer screw driver further to lever back part down then the centre will come out. be gently it can break.
poking wire and ties in dosnt allways work for long,

It had a base but didnt notice if it come off.

It was the wires on the connectors to pressure switch,
It was intermittent, so several times i thought i solved it.

Thanks Mike but i have tried operating it with a screwdriver but it is the same, it locks but then continues clicking and then shows e40. Does anyone know if zanussi has a technical support number?

Has no one else had this problem? There must be a genius from zanussi that can help, this machine is driving me crazy :bang:
