    Open the door and
    3 or 4 inches from the hinge towards the top of the door you should have a screw when removed will allow the door to slide off the hinge arm.

    WPL481231019147 is the part number for the flow meter that you need

    It may have blown a track on the pub,which you may be able to bridge out by soldering wire across it.A visual inspection will show it up

    Could someone tell me if its just a case of isolating the oven, sliding the oven out of its housing cabinet and taking a side off, remove and then replace the switch.

    and in most cases you will not need to remove the complete side either

    There could be a problem with the timer.You will need to check the continuity across the terminals ,as this will give the same symptoms you describe.

    Power off first!!

    Yes power off and remove back as element is fixed with two 7mm nuts

    Worth trying a new one though I,ve had them die for no reason but check fan motor first
