i agree with tim if you check for water signs on the tub under the disp and on the motor.i generally take the disp off split it and d-bore then refit and adj the water pressure i have done tonnes of these.

you have to take the tub etc out i have done one for insurance company they came with the inner drum complete but i have been told since you can get them seperate no part numbers sorry.

i stopped using qer a long time ago did not like there attitude on the phone etc everything was always a full fee when it didnt fix the problem maybe they have got betterit has been a good few years.i much prefer emw they are no prob with returns nothing is a problem even when i forgot to send them a cheque 😳 .i wish they repaired more like the new zanussi boards and hoover/candy digi boards.

i have been to a few sital if it same one it is same as teknik and such like.i have had 3 with the same fault where the 10mm bolts which hold the 4 legs of the bearing hub on the back of the outer tub come out and cause the drum to run off square and throw the belt off.i delivered 2 to one customer with this fault and it cut the var stat and holed the tub.so check for bolts lying in the base of machine.

just an update this board had blown the front board as well so fit new main and front board the i/lock looked brown so i took it apart for the sake of £6ish and glad i did it was quite black inside,anyway fit all 3 new parts and all now ok.i just wish they would put a note on about the yellow tape.

thanks for reply mate i have rang connect with that part number and they bring 2 up one white one which is spec order and £70ish and a black one which is in stock at £55-60ish do you know if there is any difference with them other than the colour.connect cant tell me.

module faulty i have had this quite a few times just pulsing. cut the wires and meter what supply you are getting.

have you tried nipping the edge connectors on the board as i have cured loads of faults like this all these machines are prone to these connectors being weak.i try this before anything else on these machines.

thanks for reply this one has not got the square pcb at top and slave timer it has an older style timer on it and a board at the bottom.

tell me about it i have pulled machine into w/shop to have a look.have you seen this yellow tape over the tags? it looked very deliberatley put there.
