it’s the whole drum moving. I can hit the drum on the cabinet just by hand so it’s as though there is nothing restraining it. the three springs are in place but the plate underneath is moveable by hand. Should this be secured to the tub and is this by the screw through the tub and do I get to it under the agitator?

When I was 14 I delivered milk to Cliff Jones, Bobby Smith (RIP) and Terry Medwin. All Spurs greats.
Also used to do the twin tub that West Ham had under the stand for when the commercial broke and one day they had a hold up, shooters and all for the takings from the night before. Took ages to get out ‘cos of the rozzers.

Tell me Mal, what tips would you have suggested I use for one customer I had this morning who spent the whole time sniffing then clearing his throat as he read the paper beside me?

you think it’s the pcb. What’s the part at RS and would that one fit the Whirlpool too? I will get some for future use.

It’s a clean as a whistle, just out of the guarantee. As usual it is miles away in the back and beyond so would have been good for a first time fix.
Out of interest is it the impeller or the pcb that goes?

It’s complete from BSH at about £15 but it doesn’t list the m/sw on its own under that model. Anyway customer is happy at the extra and I’ll be assured it will work ok 😛

And that would affect the fill but it only happens on the last rinse. Have ordered the complete unit at around £30 as it comes as a complete unit.

Just had an AEG dryer heater go after fitting it in January. Connect not interested as past 90 days so sent a email to AEG as it’s a genuine part more out of hope than anything else.
£60.69 +VAT it cost so really pi$$ed off with Connect and they won’t get the replacement order from me and maybe not much else that’s electrical.

Had one today.
An old couple, Yak Yak Yak. He was leaning over the Bosch dishwasher looking what I was doing with the m/sw assy. When I wanted to unplug he was there first, when I cleaned it all in the sink he turned on the tap, the missus jabbering in the background always in the way. An hour of “P*ss Off” under my breath.
£6.50 on the bill 8)
