ParticipantRe: E-mail from Amica
Forgot I’d changed the password 😳
Ok now.
Waiting for more details on what’s happening now.

ParticipantRe: E-mail from Amica
Mine keeps saying incorrect login or password. Stuck for now.

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint drum bearings
Plus with the state of that shaft I doubt the bearings would sit very well on it.

ParticipantRe: WHIRLPOOL 3RLEQ8000KQ2 Yankee top loader
This has reared it’s ugly head again.
Spins but only slowly, it goes through the spin prog but there is no increase in motor speed even when it reaches the fast spin part.
One further point. Should the agitator go back and forth like the old twintubs? This one just jerks clockwise one after the other so I don’t even think it’s washing properly.
In a hotel, overstressed and needs replacing (that’s just me) but too tight to pay out but these problems are costing them :rolls:
I dunno what to look at first.
Please help me. 😕

ParticipantRe: Santander
Martin, I asked about the minimum each month and she said as long as you don’t go over £3000 it’s ok however much paid in. Not a problem unless on holiday.. Nothing on the website either.

Thanks Martin and Tim,
looks like the best for me to move. It really annoys me when they can’t give a toss as they think you won’t leave so a big “V” sign to them after all these years.
God, I fell better for that. 😆
Ball is in motion.

ParticipantRe: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?
I had one like that too.
Called out to a Haier in guarantee for not spinning. OOB load. Noticed a Beko near the back door looking brand new. What’s up with that? Same fault as the new one she said and I was quoted £140 for a new motor over the ‘phone (no, not me), going to the tip today. I’ll have it. OK.
Got it home, tested and works and in perfect condition.
Sold for £120 a year ago.
I know Beko isn’t the greatest but to swap to a Haier :rolls:
Nice bit of business.

ParticipantRe: Trade Honesty
I have been with NESN for about 9 years and think they are the best I have worked with. They let you get on with the job and pay a fair rate. The site used is very easy to work and payment is always prompt.
I know some had major problems before I was approached so can’t comment on that but I have always been happy with my relationship with them.

ParticipantRe: Bosch WFL2260UK/04
Thanks for all the info but by the time I got back to her she had gone to Comet and picked up a new Bosch. Tried the ISE line but just too late 😥

ParticipantRe: Hoover HFA27KS F/F
Thanks Phil,
far from “lite” but I’ll take it with me and test it out but somehow I doubt she will have it done as it’s might be too expensive either way.

ParticipantRe: TDS disc
Hold up.
Just found that if I only put in the PNC number it comes up.
What a dopey idea not working with all the details. 😳
Hope it keeps working.

ParticipantRe: Bosch WFL2260UK/04
Thanks Peter,
Tried all that but nothing visible and as the PCB is over £200 I think it’s a BER.
