Sorry to disagree but there is no capacitor under the top brace, under the timer or anywhere in the cabinet. I couldn’t believe it either but no sign.

    Cheek!!!!
Unscrupulous just for being ready with a machine on the van when due to past employment have a great many budget machines with sky high part prices or lots of Zanussi bearings going.
It’s good business sense and customers appreciate honesty both with repair estimates and a decent replacement if warranted. It is their choice to repair or not.
I am here to earn a living, and I am, and I can sleep soundly at night with no worries(cant spell consience).
Customers come back and I get lots of referals for new appliances without even visiting some new customers.

Module part nno. is as on the module. AllServis mods start 546……substituting the last number for a zero. The last no. only refers to the supplier.
546044100 is the one you need.
You may be able to have it repaired at EMW. Well worth a ring on 01159652118

    So what does everyone charge?
    Me…Call out/ estimate £20
    Labour….£38.50
12 month guarantee on job done
Seems fair to me and DDSDDS is right, once you have some cash in your hand they are more likely to have either the job done or a new machine from you.

    Thanks Bryan.
Couldn’t find on Connect but on SEME and as long as it’s the long inline one I am happy. Even my parts supplier could not find and Beko did not know about it. :rolls:
    Thanks again. 😆

    Hi,
I have got one of these and wash it quite happily in my 17 year old Hitachi (AKA Servis Quartz) at 40 on a slow spin.Might be a problem with todays tinfoil drums but fine in mine.

    Thanks for the replies.
Have decided to get an impact driver and a blow torch and keep fingers crossed.
Why can’t they just fit a proper nut?

    Totally agree!
Did these under guarantee for 3 months then said NO MORE.
As Indecent clones they make the original look good so shows how bad Haier really are.

Dave, got to agree. This is one of the easiest jobs I have ever done on a dishwasher (but I didn’t have to reinstall it.)

I did read the manual and did link the terminals but the whole thing was dead. Really just wanted to confirm I ain’t totally past it yet so waiting for a new hob to be delivered.

    Hi Goose,
I don’t recognise the names. What were their surnames and when were they there?
I became DSM at Barking for 18 months in 1989 and was pushed out when Jack Waldron B**gered up the take over of Mastercare and MFI work, we couldn’t cope with it all.
Still, then went to set up the Servis UK repair side in 1996 ’till Moat (again) and now self employed.
Were you at Barking and if so who are you?
