    I’ve had a few of these, also on Samsungs. A bit fiddly but a nice easy earner!

    Hi Martin,
    Press start and nearest option and 5 green flashes, according to the customer manual it’s a drain fault. All very confusing since I can’t start diagnosis or get past fault codes.

    Hello all,
    Thanks for all the input.
    I went there and it seems she employed a chippy who said the base of the unit couldn’t be removed as the runners wouldn’t
    have enough wood to screw into so I went through it with her bit by bit and we came to the conclusion that he was a bit of a numpty and even if it were true she suggested a couple of batons fixed underneath the adjoining cupboards would help to support the runners.
    So, panic over.

    Thanks for the replies, as for taking it back I have nowhere to keep it as it was a special order. I’m going to see her soon and will try and sort something out.

    On BBC South Today a Bosch dishwasher caught fire overnight near Wareham (Hope it’s not one of mine) and local fire brigade say around six have caught fire locally recently.They had a smoke alarm which apparently saved them. Put mine on overnight last night but won’t be again. Might swap it for a Smeg I have in stock.

    Much appreciated. Customer has used the dishwasher a couple of times so I’m hoping my cleaning the muck out of the ends of the spray arms solved the problem, if not I’m well armed.

    Thanks Martin,
    it only shows the parts etc but doesn’t explain entry into the thing. I tried all I could without resorting to brute strength, ha ha, so really need that part if my diagnosis is wrong.

    I’ve had my licence for about 18 months and never been contacted since. I take scrap machines to the scrap yard and they did ask for ID after the new regs came in but straight forward since, drive in, unload and then get a cheque. You could worry about big brother ’till the cows come home but keep your nose clean and just get on with it. If they want you they’ll know where you are whatever you do.

    It’s never happened to me.
    I use Comodo Ice Dragon browser and also have Adblock installed, seems to stop any unwanted crap.
