It is just the screws holding it on it just pulls off as it clips on the sides.
4 screws normally 2 behind the charcoal filter covers.
You will have to defrost it with a steamer as the cover will be frozen to the evaporator.
Do not pull it completely of until you have unplugged the wiring connectors behind the panel and no ice is holding it to the evaporator.

Have you got the child lock on?.
If the child lock is set none of the buttons will work.

If you call an electrician and he traces the fault to the dishwasher he will tell you to call an appliance engineer, so if you think it is the dishwasher then call an appliance engineer.
If you call a engineer and there is no fault with the dishwasher then he will advise you call an electrician.
So if possible try to eliminate all appliances on the circuit to make sure it is the dishwasher tripping the mains.
Hope this helps

If it is the catch broken I repaired one with a small ball bearing catch from B&Q for a customer it worked better than the original door catch.
Get the customers permission first before carrying out any mod.
But it is better than holding the door closed with tape like most customers do.

It will need a new rear panel in the fridge as the polystyrene insulation gets saturated with water and no longer insulates.
If you defrost it it will only ice up again.

It should be just in a tube but it is worth checking it does not come out at the back of the appliance and then down another tube.

Most likely fault is the control module.

Have you taken the fridge freezer out of the cabinet.

It should just pull out as it just feeds into the tube on built in Indsit fridge freezers.

It sounds like it might be low on refrigerant or the compressor is not pumping correctly.
Not a DIY job.

Blocked system or new compressor has failed as per Brian R600a said may now be a scrap not repairable appliance.
I would get the engineer back as it has failed again so soon.

Take everything out of the fridge freezer and get someone to look after it for you.
Then turn it off and try a 48 hour defrost and leave the doors open.
When you turn it back on it should work ok after 2 to 4 hours.
If the problem returns in a few weeks the defrost heater is most likely faulty.

It may be over or under charged with refrigerant or the system may have a blockage it is hard to say without being able to test it.
