    Unplug machine. Lower end of drain/waste hose into a bucket. Let gravity allow the water to run out. Sounds like a coin/hairgrip etc jammed in drain pump impellor. Check in filter (have a towel handy as there will always be some water left in machine). If clear then possibly pump has failed.

    Thanks Chris. Sadly the cooker had gas connected to it. Had to walk away from this one 😥 .

    It may possibly require a modification to it. And no parts required! best to get an engineer to it. Click on red toolbox to find one in your area.

    Two things, does the fan run in the freezer compartment and when you shut the fridge door does the light go out?

    Bob, after visiting customer and unable to turn off compressor by turning to 0 unplugged fridge and restarted. Went into Defrost and has been working since Saturday. However yellow light is now flashing since monday. Fitted replacement replacement module and notice one of the electrolytic caps is a bit fat. Light had a serious mains flicker when started but passed module tests o.k. Will wait and see. Rang customer and appears to have finished defrost and compressor now whirring.

    Thanks Seamy. Already ordered seperates. Did not know you could get a hinge kit. So ten seperate washers equals about thirty quid. How much is the kit, and does anyone know how many washers do you get with it?
