    Re: aggressive customers

i had a screamer about a far eastern d/w 2 weeks old, cups were coming out tasting salty, she wouldnt let me look at machine she wanted another 1 coz water comes out of salt container when she unscrews lid but her last 1 didnt do this 😆 , she then went on to say her and the kids have been ill prob because of salt poisoning and wants to make a claim so i told her to go to doctors get a blood test done and then give us a ring.

i dont put up with any abuse, if customers are then i will butt in and explain that this may be their house but its also my workplace and i dont put up with abuse at work and if it continues then i will walk out the door, 9 times out of 10 they change their tune and are apologetic and explain its something else thats cheesed them off, in my experience people who are like that have other problems in their life aswell.

if it has a grey plastic inner liner then access is through the bottom, 2 torx screws and the tin plate base levers off pump should be easily accessible, unplug 1st though empty all water out lay on its back and be carefull of sharp edges

more than likely blockage behind filter in housing or condensor tank on side, valve o/c could be any of these easily checked though

have you tested the machine ? if not 1st port of call would be to ask customer what sort of washing they are putting in as if could be something as simple as the oob detection is detecting uneven load and its timing out

Re: Neff U1721 Circotherm – slowly heats up to a max of 100

are you 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure that the fan inside the main oven is working because that would cause exactly this problem and out of curiosity what was the original problem ?
