    Near to me is a static caravan park, where there is perminant residents. They all use outside plastic sheds to house the w/m and t/d, like this

    It was hard to pull out, stuck with crud, so I pulled on the door to get it out. The door came off in my hand, and was difficult to get back on. Customer said he never uses the timer, thats what made me think off selector switch.

    There was also a transformer in the top, but couldn’t see what it was for. That’s why a wiring diagram would be handy

    If it goes through the cycle without heating, it’s the NTC. I have fitted the beko one’s at a fraction of the price, and it works OK for me

    But if you click elsewhere on the tlc web site, (5.3.4) it gives typical values of Earth loop Impedance

    32amp fused circuit 1.09ohms max

    32amp mcb circuit 1.88ohms max

    What I was trying to be helpful about is :- that if an engineer doing the test doesn’t understand what he or she is testing, then there is no point in doing it
