Hopefully someone may know what that error points to
E2 indicates failure or out of tolerence evaporator sensor which is foamed in and not replacable.
The only repair posibility is replacement of the electronic control board which now ignors input from the sensor. Repair costs in region of £146.00 inc vat. contact engineer in your area by using the ‘DIRECTORIES’ over on the left.Sparkey

Need a door bin for a built under fridge, can anyone point me in the right direction
this model is made by Delonghi, spare from A.I.S. Spares & Repairs, have recently asked them for same item = told no longer available & no sustitute 😥 however Dave may come up with something tomorrow.

Streetlighter, check the hose from the pressure chamber to the sump, If this gets restricted the water will not get into the sump quickly enough causing water level to build up in the safety chamber tripping the overfill switch which turns on the drain pump.

Try posting your post code up here or using the ‘directories’ over on the left to contact an independent service engineer who will be cheaper and quicker than Bosch (allegedly 😉 )

Please remember that if you are paying using the mandate form that you NEED A REFERENCE NUMBER so we know who’s actually paying! By any other method, cheque or credit/debit card, we will automatically issue the reference number.

I use direct credit transfer (BACS) a lot now, can subscriptions be paid by that method?

You need to turn the appliance off for at least 24hrs with the door open or it will not defrost properly.
After 24hrs wipe up any water inside and turn back on, all should be well.

Is the ice under the bottom basket?, if it is check the transperant drain pipe at the back, UNPLUG FIRST as the pipe is very close to the compressor cooling fan!, pipe runs from the underside of cabinate down in a loop then back up again to the drip tray on top of the compressor.
