Not sure whether “triac fault” means exactly what it says with these new electronics. Could be just a wire loose in the motor plug or something.
Anyway, motor triac should be easy to spot – it’ll be the big one which is clipped, bolted or riveted to the large heatsink. But if it’s gone / shorted / open / exploded / pfft! or however, then it’s normally something in the motor itself or wiring to, that has caused it. And of course, neighbouring components will need checking.

Likely to be controlled by a carel or lae controller,probably need to check the model number of the controller.You can usually google the make and model and find the error codes.

That would be roughly a 150watt heater,if you check on the side of the heater the wattage is usually stamped on them,you can then cross check.
