Is there any noise,clicking etc?
Not complicated wiring at all,a few clues s to what is or isn’t happening would enable us to narrow down the possible fault.

For test prog on this select drain and press the pe wash button 4 times in less than 5 seconds.

P45’s video is interesting but makes very little difference to us earning a living out of it,he is of great value to this site especially the trade with knowledge and help etc,never failing to despatch info at the press of a button.
AS a younger man you do try and do jobs yourself it’s natural to those who have skills with family expenses etc to try and cut down costs,as folks get older it ‘s not the case,some who would have done diy in thier 20’s and 30’s won’t consider it in later life and get someone in.
I personally think the helpful approach if you are generally like that probably attracts more work overall,although sometimes you can be taken advantage of.
A lot of knowledge is gained by using the forums on this site even the public ones just by reading through.

Noise was likely from fan catching ice build up behind panel at the rear of freezer,it’s not just the ice you see it’s behind the panel.it can be taken off and defrosted with a hair drier.
Defrosting fully, if the door was left open switched off and left would take 36 hours,it’s still blocked by the sound of it.Re: Baumatic Cooker – Steam & Condensation Problem
The oven most certainly has a fault,design should incorperate a vent/cooling fan which will disapate the steam,as for dripping condensation leaking from door seal thats ridiculous to say it’s within spec.
Don’t accept,get back onto them at a higher level until you get satisfaction or an exchange.
Probably best to put something in writing.

The fan doesn’t run until the evaporator drops to a preset temp which it is not acheiving so it won’t run,is he aware of that?who knows?
From what you have said the system appears blocked.
Is the engineer right?he could be.We are trying our best to give a considered opinion on your description,then again he may not be right.Re: Scandinova UFF238W Upright Freezer Control board.
