i would think that the machine is not taking in water for the condenser on the drying cycle, possibly due to a faulty solenoid on the water valve.

the dial you turn to set the program has a small selector switch small contacts are made when the dial is turned, if the contacts get worn the selector selects a different program from the one thedial is set too, you can normally strip it down and clean it failing that replace but there are a couple of different types.

how do you go about closing your qualtex account?
they didnt send out december invoices (their fault) so i dont pay it, therefore i am put on the stop.
speak to a could not care less person on sales speak to a jobsworth in accounts no release of spares.
£2000 credit limit doesnt have any relevance because if i owe them £400 from december i cant get any spares.
go back onto website tonight and half the spares in my basket are now out of stock fantastic service.qualtex should remember there are other spares suppliers.

door lock normally dont stop the machine in the middle of the program more likely to be the pcb.

went to fit a door seal to one of these today its also too big i had 2 in the van both bagged one from connect wouldnt fit at least an inch bigger in diameter.
the other from qualtex fitted ok exact same part numbers.

i got a call from them promising me better prices, i waited a couple of days then placed a duplicate order from a couple of weeks ago and the prices were exactly the same.
i only use them if i cant get a part elsewhere but build the order up to avoid carriage charge.
never did any repaircare work.
