    5031680639247 is the connect part no. i will have a look in the morning i have a few of these but they all look the same and they are not in packing.

    i have no callout charge because my main competitor in mt area has no callout charge.
    the way he gets round it is when he gets in the door he announces he has a minimum charge before he even opens the toolbox.
    whats the difference between callout charge and minimum charge, just clever use of the english language.
    i do get customers who think no callout charge means free repair.

    i got the pcb back for qer with an exernal fault note that they had forgotten to tell me the solenoid valve was faulty i changed it and refitted the pcb and it worked ok fingers crossed.

    hi i thought i would reuse this post i have one of these showing f11 fault which is communication error any ideas welcome.

    it could be a blockage in he pump, a faulty pump, or motor brushes,
    plug out if checking.

    type in ctd00 into search its a difficult job it would be best trying repairs@

    apologies for jumping on to this post but i also have an adp8322 which flashes 7 lights the fault code guide says flow meter failure but it doesnt appear to have one it has the black grid pressure switch in the sump would that give the same fault code or have i missed the flow meter.

    the triac is controling the water valve but it tested ok.

    hi,
    i sent the board to qer for repair it has came back with a couple of triacs replaced on it. i connected it up and there was a pop and one of the triacs has blown i am sending it back for repair but i was wondering why it has blown the triac.

    could be the solenoid on the water valve or the thermisor.

    i would check the solenoids on the water valves.
