I would also have to come to that conclusion.
Good luck.

That serial number puts it at under a year old. Therefore still under manufacturers warranty. Should this call not be attended to be Serviceforce?
That aside, are there any fault codes displayed?

Hi.
Which sensor was replaced as there are 2. One is an air temperature sensor, the other is the evaporator sensor.
Any idea?

To be honest, in my experience any weird fault like that is usually attributed to the main board. They are pretty crap really.

Hi.
Unplug appliance & using a suitable test meter, measure across the recirculation pump terminals.
You should get a reading around 180-200 Ohms. If it is lower, the coil has burnt out & has most likely popped the triac on the main board that controls it.
If so, both would need to be replaced.

Grey wire to terminal 3 on door lock, orange wire to terminal 1, black wire to terminal C2.
Thought it might be Espanol.

I had one a few months back. A call where the inlet hose was leaking. House was a bit of a $h!thol£ but I carried on regardless. The weird thing was the hose was leaking in the middle, not at either end. Anyway, I changed over the hose & as I was testing it, the man of the house, an African gentleman, asked what was the cause of the leak. I pointed out the problem. He looked & calmly announced:
“Oh, that’ll be the rat.” 😯
Oh thats ok then. For a moment I was worried it might be something serious. 👿
T0$$£r$!

Not neccessarily. Some of the spanish types have 3 individual wires but are quite recently produced. If it is a 3 or 4 wire plug then there is no problem.

Hi.
When you say the fan doesn’t move, do you mean even if you try to turn the blade manually? The fan can take several minutes of use before it kicks in.
Please advise.

To be honest, they are not that bad for the price. Not my cup of tea but each to their own.

If it is a Sole motor, which it most likely is, try 50226588007.

She shouldn’t overload it to the extent whereby she cannot put her hand between the underside of the drum cylinder & top of the laundry with her thumb pointed upwards. That would not only impede the spin but most likely give a poor wash.
