ParticipantRe: Bosch quality bearings!
Being a German company I have always assumed that BSH adopt high ethical and environmental policies within their manufacturing process.
I wonder if this principle has been carried over to the production in China or abandoned in search of greater profit?Graham

ParticipantRe: no heat again
Is she stopping it mid cycle to empty container? Not a good idea if this is the case.

ParticipantRe: no heat again
Is it a vented or a condenser dryer?
Guessing its a condenser dryer and you have an air flow problem ie blocked door filter, blocked condenser box, also don`t overload dryer and never stop it during the cycle unless you turn the dial to the last ten minutes and allow to run cool first.
If it is vented check the hose is not kinked and the vent grill is clear.Graham

ParticipantRe: Which Vacuum Cleaner?
I am lucky enough to work in a wealthy area so I do get to use a Sebo or Miele every so often.

ParticipantRe: Which Vacuum Cleaner?
Would not touch a Dyson with a barge pole myself. Nothing worse than asking the customer if I can borrow their vac cleaner to service the tumble dryer and they wheel out a Dyson 😥

Could not see an air flow problem as the condenser box was clear both ways 😕

ParticipantRe: AEG/Lux L64810 914524150 00 Sticks On Cycle
Fault code found to be E52 Motor,Board or wiring.
Motor brushes and wiring Ok, they dont want to spend more than £100 so looks like a new machine to me 😥
Thanks for your help.

No I did not access the diagnostic system as I am not that familiar with this model and the customer has seen no fault codes on the display.
I will try and look up how to access the fault codes and go back. Thanks Graham
