ParticipantRe: Rumour/Proposed Vat drop
have a look at the robert peston blog on the bbc. he talks of a possible rise to 22{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} to pay for borrowing. however things turn out I cant see it doing much for us in the long term.

ParticipantRe: Zanussi ZJ1218 no display
watch out for damaged minature start switch on the display board caught me out a few weeks back machine was doing all sorts of strange things. when I took the front off to check the harness I found the top of the switch inside the front panel got the local electronics bod to solder on a new one and all ok

ParticipantRe: indesit IS70C
the best way I’ve found is to remove both sides and back and capacitor support the front door etc .fit the belt to the motor and hang it to the side of the machine. push the drum into the belt and adjust it to its running position. then roll the drum over the motor into the dryer with the belt fitting correctly onto the jockey pulley. fit the drum onto the front guides. fit the back panel and lever up the rear of the drum and fit the rear bearing to hold it together.
other people might use other ways but this works for me!wilf
