You should only get one Fault Code?
But i would suggest from fault
IE Powers up But Nothing happens
Reed Switch problem (lid Switch)
Switch located under hob ,runs along RHS to rear control panel Areabigsmokepiker

Lets start from the beginning
Whats the model
Whats the machine Doing or not doing
Go to sticky as suggested by penguin & give us the last faultDecember 14, 2006 at 6:04 am in reply to: Burnt stator on GW709AU Smart Drive washing machine #197785bigsmokepiker

Your looking at an Expensive Repair Here
Shaft Seal & Bearings .Shaft ,Stator, RPS
Rotor Sensor is Seperate Part
Probable Motor Controllerbigsmokepiker
ModeratorRe: GW709 Washing machine schematic required
Check the inlet water valves/coil 24V
Resistance 64Ohm For hot & cold
They can sometimes be a culpritbigsmokepiker
ModeratorRe: F&P 703 Code 10000100 ..132?
The most simple thing to check would be the Out balance Micro switch
This Sits under the Motor Controller On RHS(top control deck)
These give a bit of grief sometimes with this problem
Check switch for corrosive terminals & check bracket that that houses switch
(the little lugs Break)RPS Sensor is located under washer bowl in the motor area

It certainly can
Is There power to Machine ?
Was there any signs of leak?
Check Rotor Position sensor ( ie PCB Attached to windings) for signs of corrsion as wellbigsmokepiker
ModeratorRe: Lost Power to Machine
If no power more than likely Motor Controller (Main PCB )
Main reason this happens because of faulty Divertor Valve
IE The thing next to pump
Divertor craps out & takes The PCB with itbigsmokepiker

Open the lid & PRESTO
Take off Agitaor & check under that as Well
Wing nut down the centreNovember 30, 2006 at 6:45 am in reply to: Fisher and Paykel GW701-U not draining and blowing fuses #196700bigsmokepiker
ModeratorRe: Fisher and Paykel GW701-U not draining and blowing fuses
Pump error blocked pump Etc
If Blowing fuses could be faulty pumpIt can also be related to Motor Controller (main PCB)
Check under washer at drain pump for any signs of corrosion around
drain pump windings also check for signs of leaking water
Pump is mounted/clipped under outer bowl
To test pump manually
Hold Wash temp Down & power buttons Together
Pressing Regular button On/off Starts stops pump
POWER & Plug Out When Checking underneathbigsmokepiker
ModeratorRe: LG F/F GRA207
We had one down here same fault code ERCF
Refers to fan motor near compressor fault
LG suggested to change PCB After testing fan motor OK
They did suggest also it could be in wiring harness from PCB to
fan motor (Internal Harness)
In the end this ended up being the case(there are points on micom PCB to Test)
Being under warranty they exchanged Refrig over
If it had not been under warranty the only option would have been to run a wiring harness externally from the top of frig down the back to fan motorbigsmokepiker
ModeratorRe: F&P SmartDrive 708 not filling (00111000)
If you had just described fault without flagging fault code would have said FAULTY Inlet Valve
Fault Code Given (56) Manual suggests Bowl Check no valid Fault
Ie While carrying out bowl check the smartdrive has not been able to
determine bowl status
Possible Causes
1/Check that there are no foriegn objects between bowls
Check pressure tube not blocked or kinked
2/Motor controller(Main PCB Fault)
It could be temp sensor failure or pressure switch failure(These are integrated into the motor controller (main PCB)Have you tried filling on cold Or hot water only?
