You’ll probably see him before me.
Tell him I want it back if there’s any left!
If he turns up for the meeting in two weeks time with a de-stickerd B/S/H/ van, I’ll blame you!

ParticipantRe: Neff Fridge/Freezer ice Maker won’t stop
I’ve seen this before and it was due to the switch off bar lever being broken inside the ice maker. The ice maker end frame is not shown as being available for this model.
A new ice maker unit is the thick end of £200. 🙁
Unless of course you glued it back together after first unplugging.

Goatboy, try Servisol label remover, part no LR130 from Electrue. Works a treat on unwanted sticky labels.Oh yes! I used that before. It was good.
I think my brother used my last batch up de-stickering his car. 😕
:offtopic: I “borrowed” him for a job recently, friendly chap.

I recently repaired a fridge freezer and invoiced the insurance company an authorised £670!
What’s the largest amount you have been paid for a single appliance repair?
Come on, don’t be shy! I know you can beat this. 8)What did you do to it?
Bet you were after a write off 😉
Fzr comp, inlet valve + fdg door seal.
I obtained a concession price for new appliance for the insurance co. but they found £6K a bit too much! 🙁BSH-MAN

Does not affect our warranties, so long as it is fitted correctly and to spec!
I once went to a very large city centre apartment tower, to look at a fault on a Neff dishwasher. It was the first apartment to be occupied and the knob in the shiniest hard hat was not happy that the “#@”{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}*&” dishwasher “died” on first use.
I found that the installer had cut off the moulded plug to pass the cable through a small hole into the cupboard.
He fitted a new plug with a 3 amp fuse!!!
He had also fitted every other dishwasher in the tower block with the same plug/fuse.
I left, feeling not a little bit smug.

Check that the fluff filter is not merely fluff free, but still porous.
I’ve had all the tiny holes block with a barely visible film before now.
And, I have had the rear (on heater box) sensor fail a few times, but normally it cuts off the element well before the overheat stat pops out.

Does the magnet float, erm … float?
I had two that were not very buoyant when placed in a glass of water!
If you shook them, you could see water inside. 😯BSH-MAN

Sounds like the module/timer is at fault. I would try another motor first just to be sure. 😉
My favourite washer, that one. 😀BTW has your (kid?) Brother started yet?
