    We’re going to need the model number for this please, it should be on the rating plate around the door(s)

    Andy, don’t take this the wrong way but the area (by postcode) you cover is very small and has a low population (head/sq mile) in relation to the UK as a whole.

    Having operated in the rural regions of Devon for many years, most of the (yours probably) customers will be loyal to who they know and have no need to seek other repairers as they will already be more than happy with those that they know already 😀

    What, replace a washing machine because of a bra wire stuck ? 😯

    Please check the repairs@ link below for an independent engineer who will remove this for you, normally a pretty straightforward repair albeit a little fiddly at times 😀

    Belt buckle/trainers in the wash perhaps ?

    Overloading also may be the cause (friction on the glass causing the heat) 🙂

    Your other post deleted 😉

    Personally I’d snip the plug and fit a good quality (splash/water proof) flex connector, much the simpler solution 😀

    Re: Please help! – ‘CL’ error code on LG WM1480-FHD

    CL = Child Lock 😉

    You can activate and release by holding two buttons in which I can’t recall offhand but it will be in the user manual and indicated on the control panel by a smiley face normally 🙂

    Re: Teka oven – RT-500/N – Door hinges and selector switch

    I don’t think you’ll find suitable alternatives to be honest, try contacting Teka direct on 01235 861916 as they (as I discovered recently) are much more reasonable to buy direct from than Connect want to charge 😉
