Suggest you get the adaptor p/n:89 9647 04 87-92/8 and then fit any old bit of vent hose to that with a tie wrap or tape. Your E number, by the way is 607600104 I think.

check out the spin speeds, often warmer countries have really low spin speeds, 600 800 max. I remember seeing a Philco catalogue of all their euro products a few years back when 1200 was about the norm here and most were 500 or 400 rpm the kind of speeds we havnt seen since the 70’s. Guess a bit of sun dries the stuff better and in no time.

It fits in the underside of the lower spray arm. not now available, needs a new spray arm. I think its purpose was the clean the top of the filter but without it there is a large hole in the spray arm reducing pressure to the upward facing jets.

No you dont have to remove tub! You do need to remove the solonoid valve though and its not a nice job. cut fingers a plenty and cleaning it is something else again, also the fan blades will be clogged as well. Believe me, it can be done. Its not often I complain at a Miele machine but their washer drier is just as bad, or even worse than anyone elses.

Make sure you check the oven stat is working as these fail often causing the inner glass to shatter.

Check that has not been modded as if it has there is an alternative element. mod kit is supplied with labels that should be stuck on the oven somewhere.
Mod kit is 760115900 and comes with grill element (£108 BTW!)

I deleted effzedarr’s post that had been edited by Gegsy as it just looked confusing. And I deleted my confused post alongwith it.
The story is that I went to one of my customers who is an A&E nurse at Harlow hospital who treated the guy. He has now been referred to a “sew it back on” specialist. He was repairing either the flaps on the drum or the lid and had one hand on the drum, lost his footing and the drum rotated under his weight and became trapped between drum and tub. Something there severed the finger, customer apparenty fled the scene at the sight of it!

Yep, Chris is right, Alternating valve fault but also need to check the wiring to the valve as there has been instances of poor connections on the 4 way plug. Its underneath just by the circ pump BTW.

    Re: Japanese wash Technology.

Pretty sure that auto most washers in Japan do have heaters, the ones that dont (ie twinn tubbs) are filled with hot water instead, often used bath water, sucked out of the bath by an attatchment from the washing machine. (now their baths do have heaters and a cover to keep in heat so the bath is usually aways ready to go despite a load of others having bathed in there already). The same is of course true of the USA as we all know but they have plentyfull supply of water instead.
There are cold wash detergent liquids around but results are pretty hit and miss and I am sure someone at P&G would know more about that.

SEME say it is: BE2804040004 but oddly this also seems to fit the White version too. :con:
