good. When it comes to plastic tubs. has anyone ever made a profit on bearing changes on a split plastic tub, doubt it.

would go for the solonoid as if its open circuit there is defo a problem which will effect the pcb. If however the dispenser flap opens as soon as you switch on then, as you suggested, the pcb will also be shot. A good tip is to pick up a basic washing machine solonoid valve (as its a lot cheaper than a new dispenser) and connect that up in place of the dipsneser coil, this will then prove if it is the problem or not and if so then go for the dispenser itself.

has to be drilled out, not as daunting as it sounds and can be done with drum in place, but it it as odd size drill that you may not have in your tool kit, cannot remember what but I think 13.5mm, dont hold me to that. Order the spare kit and it should say on the instructions supplied.448032

Hi, yes we do have one in our showroom near to Stansted Airport….bad news though is its not great timing as I am away on hols (first one for several years I should add!) from tommorow (wed) until the 31st of August. It is a visit by appointment though and if you can hang on until I am back I would be happy to arrange this. You can gladly bring along some plates (clean ones!) to try but it is not connected so there will be no opportunity to hear it running. If you are still interested in seeing it then email me at: mark@angliaelectrics.co.uk and I will arrange as soon as I am able to do so.

    Re: Bosch dishwasher help!

has a sealed base so unusual to leave water on the floor unless its a blocked pump and way overfilled in which case most of the electrical parts will be underwater. Some models you can clear the drain pump from inside after removing the filter while some others is a pump off job.

Re: Card Payment facility incl terminal

Just so you know, I have used mobile terminals for several years from several different providers and constantly suffer all the above problems, ie no or broken connections, the odd update sometimes helps but soon slip back into problems, really anoying after a quick job which takes longer to get paid than the job itself took.

As someone else pointed out, shut down the machine after each transaction unless you are taking lots of transactions from the same place. Its a pain to re boot everytime (and they take ages to “install modem”, etc makes me wonder why the modem cannot be constantly “installed” but I guess there is some techno reason for it.)
Despite claims of “multi sim” they alway have a preffered network and someone told me that it needs to connect to that network first just to see how poor the signal is before trying elsewhere, go figure that one out!
You can manually connect to a certain network but its a pain and suddenly cheques seem like a great idea.
Its not all bad, on most occasions it will connect quickly and efficently. Seems though if there is a dodgy signal on the first job of the day then thats it, it will be a pain all day long.
    Cannot live without them though

    Re: Rangemaster fridge freezer

do you know the expected votage? assume its mains I read about 5 volt across the coil. suspect then pcb is ok as its not powering up the valve as would be expected when the fridge is cold enough.
