how about 2 things
1 put the Enr number in the request so we know which neff unit you mean
2 a picture with an arrow if possible pointing to the piece you need to remove

dont know what you mean by yellow wires inside. Wire connects to sensor there are no wires inside

you will have to look at the motor as it is trying to spin. if its sparking a lot you may have to remove the brushes and remove the high spots
excessive sparking can crash the programmerDave

if its the one i am thinking there is a short hose about half way down on the right side that lead from the tub to the condenser. half way along the hose is a sensor that controls the dryer

as far as i know there will be a stat on the tank that brings in the pump as temp rises through lack of water

not done a lot of ise repairs but drum damage does not normally go with shock failure

i use various ways. outlet is favourite
on that machine you have no front filter so not a lot of options
if you had bought a bosch most have a small drain hose for this type of problem
