Re: fault code EFO AEG 16830

not all EF codes will reset this way
there is 1 EF4 that need resetting by an engineer who can then check the machine for a fault

as a user you will get the code EF0 but if you went into the engineering mode you will get EF1, 2 ,3 or 4

EF4 Water fill pressure too low , no signal from flow meter and solenoid valve open

This machine counts the water in with a flow meter same as petrol pumps do. if this meter is not working and the timer expects it too it will lock out to prevent flooding

Re: Classi XX Bosch dish water

    ther are 2 main reasons

1 The pump is jammed bits of glass etc ( as in post above )
2 Your drain hose is blocked. Get it a lot when people put fat down the drain

Re: Hotpoint Mistral FF92S Fridge Freezer not cooling

these may be frost free but they can still ice up.

the way these work is to bring some cold air out of the freezer into the fridge to cool it down. if the ducts are blocked it fails

empty and defrost completely before you assume its anything else

they have to reliably open and close to count the water in

if it only fires every other one you get twice the water

you can buy and solder in the reed switches to repair them

if the motor is free and you are applying full voltage then its ok

some of these motors run slowly to reduce noise it could be normal
