got the same email yesterday

told them i was not interested as it was too much hassle taking all the pics and uploading them etc

been here before if you dont take a pic you wont get paid so had to arrange to go back and take the pic on one job for another provider. Far too much unproductive work

It might be correct but you cant be certain till you have checked

when i looked up your model I got about 8 machines and they will differ in some way and it could be software

as for pics you have to host on another site and post a public link

sourcing it should be easy but first try testing with a meter

as a first up

remove motor, remove carbon brushes and dust off all carbon dust and replace

then try it

you can replace the triac on the board

but beware i have also had the fault on other machines when the motor has an earth fault

be careful
timer may look the same but has different software

timers are not as interchangeable as they used to be

check the timer is the correct one for your 12nc number

it shows a heater but seem to show same part no despite pics looking different

have got service manual if you want it

first thing you can try is pull the machine out . plug out

Then gently and not too quickly tilt the machine back till its at about 45 degrees. you should see water start to leak on your floor so be ready for this. The reason we need to do it slowly is we dont want the water getting at some of the electrics

After you have done this try the machine
