What I tend to tell customers is that anything other than a cotton programme is usual for half a load or less and give them a idea of what a full load is. This help and free advice is usually give free from local independent shops but when you deal with Argos Currys and ao.com there installation teams don’t know how the machine operates and how to demo them and give you the best advice on how they work

There is 2 possible causes is the pump emptying the water out ok if so we can rule that out. The other thing is the selector switch which selects the programme can be faulty 22 position v selector they do go faulty a lot kai

It’s likely to be a blocked condenser unit which will need cleaning with a metal coat hanger or something similar or the fan blade will be full of fluff this is what will be causing the problem I’ve done so main I’ve lost count can take more than 1 attempt so expect a recall on it they are a nightmare kai

Never changed a pressure switch on a Hoover candy washer they do not fail if the customer is over dosing do pull off pressure switch pipe at the tank end I have had a few block up due to overdosing this is a bit fiddly thou worth doing before you change the pump

Only been out to 2 of these washer dryers and wires to dryer ntc where broken but I’m pretty sure the dryer has a separate module so my guess would be motor or pcb If it’s got a brushless motor would be more inclined to go with that

Re: Ideal HE30 Boiler with LF fault

Well it sound like a ignition fault soit needs to be stripped down and cleaned the dirt and carbon builds up around the ignition and flame sensor underneath so good clean should sort this Kai
