“Panel: control fascia”? 5031680111965 @ Connect £26.46 etc. Not much of a saving.
    004993736190 @ Masterpart POA.

Seme used to have lots of LG stuff at half the price of elsewhere. Sadly they seem to be running down.

The seal on its own seems to be in stock at Connect 5031689504300. Size is quoted as 37/76/9.5 so it should be possible to work out what the big bearing will be. I think it’s a 6306. Small one 6305?

Found a penny stuck in the outlet pipe of the filter housing the other day. It was a perfect fit, creating an intermittent flap valve but very difficult to find. Might be worth a quick look as you’re going back anyway, although you said you’d checked the pipes.

Always worth taking a dekko at module to see if it’s burnt.

Well, went back here this morning, taking an EMW replacement with me and diagrams supplied by Chris.
Turned out to be a couple of connectors had got kicked loose on rear of module. Was inside the grey plastic bag so had not seen it during reassembly. Must remember to check around there next time.
    Thanks for the help, guys.

I assume you mean the door doesn’t lock.
If so, 2 x 240 sounds like one too many. I’d open the old interlock and find out which wire was meant to be neutral, assuming switching is on live side. If one of your 240 should be 0 then follow that wire back to board.
But I suppose with a huge workload like yours it’s easier just to order up the board (£30+) and try it. 🙂 Terminal 4 is probably to do with door open light, like on Zanussi but in reverse.

No neutral to lock? > examine board for burnt tracks?
Is it just coincidence that board is only 3rd in connect’s list for this model?

Sounds like you might be best to put in 1.5mm of packing behind the seal before pressing it in. Maybe a suitably sized circlip or two?

Thanks for trying lerch but that’s the “bearing cross” which is the housing for the bearings which bolts on the back of the outer tub. I need the spider which bolts on the back of the inner drum. (p/no. 233132 is inner drum complete).
Not heard back from bsh yet.
