    Frost free cabinet: is the motor you can hear running constantly the compressor? If you open the freezer door can you hear a fan running?

    Ok same kind of fault the drip tray in the freezer is blocked but with ice usually caused by defrost tray element going open circuit not a DIY job and not an expensive job try repairs@ input your postcode and see if there’s someone local hope this helps

    Hi is the water coming from the fridge or the freezer if from the fridge compartment check the defrost channel which is properly blocked/restricted water running down the back and running out the door

    Bob, check the black hose that connects from the measuring tank and the sump that needs cleaning out problem solved

    Steve not sure on this model as it is new but some models have 2 screws on the sides towards the front covered by inserts usury tork screws

    Pat if the temp is rising you will lose the food anyway as Dave was asking is it frost free (has it got a fan inside the cabinet if so can you hear it could be blocked with ice? if nothing is done it will only get worse

    Not easy but done loads working for Zanussi, Loads of Fairy Liquidon the door seal put spring around top of door seal hold with one hand and then slide the other hand around the seal and be prepared to lose some skin from your fingers

    Dave, Thanks for the reply did not check the heater as fault was no motor action and as the motor ramps up you can hear brushes arcing I think Im right but its nice to have it confirmed by others who do the same job, only time will tell to see if I get a recall (Hope not)

    Sounds like lose connection somewhere try and fit the fridge plug top in another socket outlet and see if the faults still there, if it is the fault is with the appliance
