Re: Neff dishwasher leaking randomly can anybody offer advic

The fault is that the Impeller Jug (part no: 00424099) that registers the amount of water that comes in is faulty and needs replacing.

Re: Neff S5443X2GB/42 dishwasher not progressing after filli

Once it fills and the pressure chamber (below the fill matrix) operates the microswitch then the circulation pump motor should start. From your detailed post it suggests to me the motor is not working at all rather than trying to start. So you need to concentrate on the wiring to the motor, the motor windings or that the triac on the main control board that operates the motor circuit has blown?

Universal capacitors are available from the shop on this web site. You just need to buy one with the same rating (shown in uF or mF on the side of the capacitor).

2 questions: What is the model number of your oven?
And please explain what you mean by “gas box?”

The only difference I have found is that the 00631638’s description includes the wording : ‘WHITE (>1200RPM) PTC’ whereas the other one doesn’t have this addition descriptive listing. 🙁

Yes exactly so, the tiny balls of rubber confirms my earlier diagnosis. An unfortunate result of overloading no doubt.

(As it is just 1 year old a broken drum spigot is highly unlikely)

Clothing has got caught on the grey rubber seal and the lip of the seal has got friction damage against the drum. Look for a burnt rubber groove on the inside lip of the door seal.

    FD7705: FD = Fabrication Date.
    The first 2 numbers (77) represents the year (+20) = 97
The second series (05) the month of May.
