    common for the condenser to block near the top as its very narrow there, in turn affects count down time or aborts

    Yes, It will be worth putting on the heater in diagnostics for a good while to see if earth fault is only developing when heaters been on for a good while or ask cust to put on a boil wash b4 you call

    check the thermistor/connections . the one thats located at bottom of condensor or possible blocked condensor

    F7. 7 Flashes. Flow meter failure. Flow meter defect. Water inlet valve defect or water inlet hose blocked.

    as long as theres water coming in then itll be the flowmeter situated on air break left hand side

    Yes the supply is normally behind the chimney duct, should be two screws at top of this duct near ceiling and then it sholud come off, unless your unlucky and they have run a shelf and cornice across it

    Some of these dispensers are designed not to open fully so that they hold the tablet there enough for the jet on the top spray arm to dissolve it, so i would check for any food debris in the holes on the spray arms if theres any blocked then that will be your problem.

    it will be a faulty flowmeter, you can only but it with the air break complete its behind left hand side panel. link for part below
    dont forget to unplug power before investigating!
