That’s not the correct procedure i think . Try selector switch to off. Turn selector switch to 6 o’clock , hold down spin speed button and turn selector switch one position clock wise. Release spin speed button and then return switch selector to off.

2 possible causes that i have seen. The main pcb failing is one. The second is the mains socket….which I’ve seen more than once. Ask them to plug it into another socket to see if the fault disappears. If not, then I’d certainly be thinking pcb.

Thanks again Martin I had tried that so many times yesterday but It never worked I called back today and it worked the second time. I must have been doing something wrong.

You have to do it gently. It’s a washing machine and in German that is a feminine word waschmachinen and in order to get a response then slowly is the way to do it. :clown:

…..and it never listens to you on the first time either 🙂

Try to start it with the door open and see if it acts the same. If it does, 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure it’ll be the door lock.

Could it be E.09 maybe as opposed to 9 minutes? Could be no heating fault?

Have you checked to see if there are any error codes stored?

The modified ‘hose’ between the small condenser box and the dispenser has a slightly different depth and shape to the original but not so’s much as it’s obvious. If the valves are operating correctly and the condenser is clear I’d say it’s worth a shot replacing it.

Definitely the motor module. When it fails in this manner , the error code when accessed will point towards a tight drum or something jammed between tub and drum…..hence the way the drum jerks as it tries to spin.

There is a sealing strip that can be inserted into the gap but it has to go in in a particular way. If the strip is there but just appears hooked over , it needs to be folded’ and squeezed in between the tub and base. ‘

A blocked/stiff heat pump or loose drain pump access cover can also cause e24

It sounds as if you’ve got a blocked condensor box , normally down where the box joins the tub. Its probably going into an overheat state when drying

Have you checked to see if there are any screws/brackets poking down and catching on the buttons when the doors closed shut ?
