This isn’t a machine with the known bearing problem as it’s s split tub appliance . Out of interest , did you know what the fd number is/was?

Also , if I remember correctly , the programme selection dorsal and the special program dials work separately. The special programs won’t work unless the programme selector dial is in the off position. By having the program in the 12 o’clock position , you should be able to select a special program and set the time accordingly……If that makes sense?

If it doesn’t start but still counts down then it’s probably the door lock.

Was it a heat pump that you replaced? The small plug wroth 3 grey wires on the side is the NTC connector so the worst you’ll get is an e11 error code.

Normally the customer starting the machine with the door open (E16 = door open/faulty door lock) I think on this model it’s hold start button and turn selector switch one click anti clockwise. Turn selector back to 0 and it should clear fault.

Give the salt a good stir with the handle of a wooden spoon . The salt may have bridged over the sensor

It could be the child lock has been inadvertently operated. Can’t be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure without the instructions in front of me but I think you have to make sure it’s on the programme that was selected when the child lock was switched on when you try and disengage it.

Isn’t the WTW model a heat pump dryer ? If it is then they don’t get particularly hot anyways. The quick way to clean out the sump/drain pump area is to remove the pump itself then squirt lots of hot water back into the sump area before syringing out. Best to keep going until the water comes back out clear. Its not always successful but an easier attempt than the strip down sometimes required.

    Re: Bosch V6320X0GB/02 E13error

    E13 is a door lock error……However , there are 3 possible caused .
    Faulty door lock
    Low insulation on dryer heater
    Faulty component on control module.

Unfortunately , it’s not that easy to identify which one is the source of the fault. Measuring the insulation on the dryer heater will either confirm or rule out that.
Then it’s 50/50 but the price of the board is hefty !

The new style of BSH side by sides do have a replaceable water pipe.

I don’t think you can replace the hose separately so it’s a complete door job unfortunately .

Also check the 4/5 triacs grouped together on the control module. If there’s any damage to any of their ‘tops’ , you’ll need to find our what it controls to trace the actual faulty component.

Ask the customer to remove the load , stack and leave for 30mins……then feel it again. It’s one of the recommended practices after using a Bosch dryer

Re: Bosch dishwasher S41E50N0gb Noisy wash

Depends if it is a continuous noise or an intermittent ‘groaning’ noise . I.E occurs every 2 minutes. I’ve yet to change a diverter for noise. However , the top spay arm system can ‘groan’ every couple of minutes for a few seconds as the flow changes between spray arms. It’s caused by the connection of the top spray arm at the rear letting air out……a bit like the neck of a balloon. It can also be caused by the top basket being wonky. Normally , with this noise , replacing the top spray arm system works.
