Is it just as simple as that the conditioner dispenser is blocked up & not syphoning correctly or that machine is not level? Take out drawer, remove condtioner syphon & clean.

Does circulation pump ever start? Could be blockage in impellor of circulation pump. Machine is looking for pressure switch activation after 10 sconds i’d reckon.

Re: Miele KF3855S-6 fridge freezer board keeps resetting

My Miele F/Freezer is the type with digital display & controls along the top. When the door is opened its normal for the display to go bright & dims down gradually after door is closed again, it sounds to like theres a fault somewhere in the sensing of the reed sw’ or the magnet on door that activates it. If the fridge door the is left open for a long time on mine the light in fridge shuts off automatically. Its worth trying a magnet to activate reed switch to see if it works. Check cabling back to board & connections to PCB. Miele refrigeration products are mostly made by Liebherr if thats any help for cross reference of spares etc.

Most Miele motor end plates come off the motor, front comes off machine to get access.

I’ve done some by tipping them back & working from underneath.

The carbons are unique to Miele your not likely to get an other one that will fit, also the belt which must be replaced with a genuine one as they are electrically conductive believe it or not.

Sounds like you need a new on/off switch then, your local Service Engineer should be able to do it for you.

Circulation pump motor obstruction most likely, its overheating. You can take it out easilly & dismantle it to see if theres something fouling the impellor.

Have put pattern ones on Mieles but they’re not the same quality & don’t last. Tears on the bottom door seals are common with them i find though for some reason.

When you put it on any auto-dry setting it packs in after about 20 seconds and the “clean filter” and end lights come on. Seems to work OK when you set it to a timed drying programme though. Needless to say, all the filters, condenser, etc are perfectly clean. Water thing is empty. The dryer hasn’t had much use, it’s in a holiday let. I took off one or two panels and couldn’t see anything untoward.
    Any ideas please?

Auto-dry is an AUTOMATIC programme (requires laundry to work) timed runs for set time irrespective of load or no load in drum.

I must have good puff, then us Irish are made differently 😀 !

You could leave pressure sw’ in situ, take off cable connection & meter it when motor starts 💡

You can put a meter on the terminals, switches should change over when you blow in to it
