Maybe build up of dirt on fan causing an imbalance & causing it to shake/shudder when in full flight

Possible its low on gas & not cooling enough to achieve low enough temerature for thermostat to cut-out, just a thought. Could be a faulty thermostat either. 2425021181 part num for t’stat

Likely armature damaged, segment raised etc, new motor should sort it.

Take motor off & examine it.

Motor overloading sounds like whats happening, theres a high temperature cut-out in series with winding (of most commutator motors ) if the electronic doesn’t get signal from tacho when motor should be on, it registers E52 fault (no signal from tacho).
Check armature is clean & brush contact is good.

If appliance finishes short programme o.k & fault only happens on long programmes its likely the motor is getting too hot.

Could be pcb or wiring though.

The type of evaporator in the freezer with the copper coils and aluminium fins is known as a battery evaporator.
19 is listed as on/off switch (2 pole)
Contacts 3-2 on defrost timer are closed during compressor /fan running, defrost timer should change over every 12 hours, contacts 3-4 bring on defrost heaters, thermal sw’ (27) switches off heaters at +10c, if this fails theres a safety thermal sw’ (26) operates at +40c. Defrost period should be approx 11mins.

think defrost timer is fed through thermal switches mounted on battery

think you just loosen the 2 side screws a little, then push scew inwards to release tag, lid should lift upwards.

the pump comes out easilly from its chamber, 1/4 turn from memory, you should see a locking plastic clip that has to be released

Should be a circuit diagram in a plastic wallet in the appliance. Switch bank were known to cause this problem, simple solder joint repair.

Maybe pump blocked & not getting rid of water, or that it is pumping out ok & syphoning water when it starts to fill because there is no airbreak at drain hose connection to household pipework.
