Circulation pump, slow inlet water pressure would also cause exact same problem, as if not enough water has filled when circulation motor starts there won’t be enough water pressure to activate pressure sw’ thus causing machine to go into fault condition.

💡 check filters in inlet hose

Pressure switch not getting activated after motor starts. Normally something blocked in the impellor of the pump. You can split it & check quite easilly. Could be duff pressure sw’ either.

    Re: miele with fault

Rinse LED flashing is a drive motor fault. Brushes perhaps, cable connection etc, if they’re unlucky it could be a board.

    Re: 3 phase motor

What was the problem with it ?

Sometimes contactor/relays give problems (contacts burnt) so only supplys 2 phases then motor will only hum & not turn.

Sounds like there is no laundry in machine. Automatic programmes will show finished if no laundry is sensed in drum or if clothes in drum are dry.
When testing, use TIMED DRYING cycles.

Anti crease/finish can also flash if programme selector is moved after programme is started.

Think ‘Lux have moved all that online..

I get all the technical information online now as the TDS disk is normally out of date once its released.
ServiceForce engineers like myself mostly have SideKick diagnostic software on their laptops to aid them in the field, it plugs directly into the board & reads fault history from the appliances & can be used to run the machine under test & reprogramme boards etc.

Product or PNC number of appliance would be a great help.
Have you had a look at the user manual?

You are likely getting either a warning that the door is open or that temperature has risen inside appliance. Info on how to cancel beeping should be in user manual.

Best to pull out the drawer fully, see little catch at back, push this down & remove drawer fully. Take cover off conditioner department in drawer & clean thoroughly removing any gunge or blockage, making sure that water flows though hole & out back of drawer. Take old tootbrush & clean top of dispenser before putting drawer back in.

Fill with conditioner to below full level, try machine on rinse programme again. Do not overdose with conditioner as most are concentrates now.

Likely circulation pump open circuit or reading high/low in resistance. The pumps are known to cause faults like this. Heater or motor earth fault can cause similar problems and also analogis pressure switches.

Best to go into diagnostics & see what fault code is to confirm.

If you have a regular blockage perhaps its best to check whats causing it, filters blocked, drain hose kinked would be the obvious things to look out for.

Sounds like the float switch in base has been activated. Once water is removed from base it should run, pumps have been known to dribble on those.
